I am a mother of a 2 year old, and as such around holidays we have lots of family and friends come and go, mostly to see the little one in his first few years react in wonder for the different holidays. During these times however, I have to play hostess. Because there are so many people come and go, it is good to be able to offer them a small treat while they are within my home. This mini bundt pan allows me to create many different types of foods to cater to the different tastes, likes, dislikes and allergies that all my friends and family possess while still keeping to traditional holiday receipes for bundt cake, pound cake, rum cake etc. I was quite excited to find this product and plan to order more Nordic Ware in the future for more creative possibilities.
I purchased this pan to make Christmas mini cakes for friends and family. It is perfect and love everything about the pan. Easy to cook with and lives up to expectations. Will definelty put in my order for another! Enjoy, Nadia
