This vent hood came installed in our new home. It does a great job of extracting fumes and smoke from cooking. It has 2 setting hi/low and 2 light setting. It uses efficient LED bulbs.
I have designed dozens of homes and love this - it is small, effective discrete and priced well. It moves air effectively and has a very minimal appearance. I'm now remodeling my home and installing one, too.
Very good product. Also very easy to install. Extremely satisfied
Easy to install take less than 30 minutes
The blower unit works fine, but it seems a little loud when running it on high. But, the unit was easy to install and works great.
The fan is very noisey on high and vasilates speed on low. Having to remove screws to clean filter is not optimal. We do like the exterior flush mount.
Have had this unit for five years (provided by builder), its cheaply built, noisy fan on low or high, have replaced the motor under warranty after two years, Light shield is of poor quality, have removed it and grease filter several times, and most recently order new light shield as it has fallen apart...need better mounting...removing cover is simple and access to grease filter, however, components above grease filter absorb grease too, yucky!
Low efficiency, difficult to clean filters, on cold days condensation water leaks out.
Put this PM 250 in my new home. After two years, Blowing Fan fell apart due to poor quality of plastic...Needs to put pins or fasteners to help plastic worn out so fast...
How do you clean the aluminum filter without unscrewing the whole part every time?!?! Anyone ever changed or washed filter? Very unpractical!
