Love this product its amazing to use for the skin lips elbows keeping everything soft
i love this product the fact that it contains lanolin is the secret to soft skin. if you have a callous this is the thing for you. However, this is a mini size , I did not know that it was 1 ounce when I placed the order , I saw no indicator of that. Be sure to get the full size can (8 ounce) , it is actaullt cheaper than the mini. If the product size was there ,I missed it and take the blame , if not....? I like this way better than tiger balm.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't own a cow. I don't have an udder - but I sometimes work in extreme heat and cold. This stuff will keep you from a heat rash and helps rubbed between all your toes to deal with serious cold weather wearing multiple socks. It will aid dried scaly skin on your elbows. The only negative is my wife hates the odor of it. I've written this into my science fiction books as a must have for people who work long hours in spacesuits.
I never would have tried this product, but I had a persistent dry itchy rash while visiting family and my sister-in-law gave me some of hers to try. In 2 days it was almost all gone. In 4 days all gone! I bought a regular sized one for home and this little one for the camper. Love it. It is great for all sorts of dry skin issues.
Soothes cracked skin and promotes healing.
This stuff is perfect for dried up cracked, cut hands and feet that have calluses. Coat your hands or feet with this stuff at night, put on a pair of gloves or socks and go to bed. Do it a couple of days in row and it will make your feet or hands so soft that you have to BEWARE! because if you do it too long you can damage your skin. My hands are hurting right now and I remembered this stuff. It took me all day long and getting home on the computer to find it. I remember buying it at Wal-Mart and this stuff flat out works. Like I said though, it was actually used for cows udders. It will after too much use turn your skin too soft and damage it.
I have used bag bag for years, starting with my oldest son who is now 28. He always got really bad diaper rash until I heard about this product. I used it on all 4 of my children in combination with cornstarch baby powder and never had a problem with diaper rash again. I now use it on my 1 year old great niece who I babysit. I also use it for cuts and abrasions and it works wonders. One of the other reviewers mentined not to use it for long or it would hurt the skin. I have never experienced this problem and one of my kids has excema as does my niece. I suspect it has more to do with the gloves she's using and not the product itself. This is an antiseptic ointment and does the same job as neosporan in my opinion and you get a lot more of it for the money. Just make sure you order the 8 ounce tin not the 1 ounce.
I used this stuff 60 years ago on our farm treating cattle that had cut themselves crossing barbed wire. Within a couple of days, the wounds were healed thoroughly. I used it on my ear. I had a bedsore on my ear from sleeping constantly on the same side. It got real sore and would not totally heal, as I have Type 2 Diabetes. During the day, I dabbed some on my ear. The next evening, the scab was gone completely! Phenomenal.
Yes, I know, the title says "1 oz". The picture however is extremely misleading. I thought you get a regular size AND a travel size. Nope, it's just the travel size. Very expensive for that size.
This picture is very deceiving I thought it came with a travel size one and a big one and it only came with the tiny one....I'm not a satisfied customer
