Love how you can rearrange the shelves on the inside to fit larger items. This unit replaced an aging single door model with the same cubic feet. The french doors provide much more space and the pull out chest freezer makes thinks much easier to find and store. The only downside to the fridge thus far is that it does not have a magnetic front, and the faux stainless steel is very prone to smudges and handprints.
I love the bottom freezer compartment and optional ice make. It has plenty of room and spaces for everything. The lighting is so nice, I can see everything, no bending over. The stainless steel is lovely but does show prints so it needs cleaned more often. No changing temperature because it regulates it's self. It's a very nice refrigerator!

Its quite a bit smaller than the size by side it replaced but seems to use it's space more efficiently. It was reasonably priced and looks great.It's very quiet, the ice maker works great, and as a bonus my electric bill has dropped.

I ordered this refrigerator after my old refrigerator died. I was a little nervous because I ordered it online without actually seeing it. The delivery process was wonderful. They notified me when they received the refrigerator at the warehouse and let me pick the date for delivery. The day before delivery they called to give me the 2 hour window they would be there. On the day of delivery the delivery person called me twice. Once to confirm and a 2nd time to let me know they were 20 minutes away. The delivery men were friendly and professional. They installed my new refrigerator and also hauled away my old refrigerator at no additional cost. The refrigerator looks beautiful and it is so quiet that at first I didn’t think it was on. I highly recommend Sam’s and will be using them in the future for my appliance purchases. Their prices are good and there is no charge for delivery.
I got a great 1 day sale price on this beautiful fridge from Sam's. The size is perfect for my smaller space, yet feels large. Its my first French door style appliance- and I love it. The lighting in the fridge and freezer compartments are great. The unit was packaged well... and the folks from Innovative [delivery company] did an efficient job delivering and putting it in place. So happy with this purchase experience.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an LG refrigerator for 13.5 years and loved it. But in January, it stopped keeping the freezer food frozen. Had a tech come out and he thought the freon and said it would be too expensive to fix. So I had to buy a new one. After much looking, l decided on an LG again.
I love this refrigerator except for the glass shelves. They will not stay level in the center where the two shelves meet. The center shelf supports don't stop them from sagging. Is anyone else experiencing this?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about a month ago and have two problems. First problem is it runs too cold even though I tried to raise the temperature. Second problem is the right door flap does not always close which may cause it to break off.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this ref on Oct 2019 and compressor went bad on 2023, luckily it's still under mfg warranty. The service came quickly to fix and replace the compressor. I heard lg compressor were not reliable. Hopefully I don't have to replace the refrigerator for another 5-6 yrs.
