some of the food only hs a 4 year shelf life so you have to tale that out if your storing it for a long time, its ok but not great even for the proce there are better at better , prices elsewhere, most of the 72 hr food kits sold through wallmart would be better if they didnt have the 4 year expiration packs and if they were 20$ cheaper then maybe i would recommend, i did buy most of them to try out but there is better and bettere price elswhere, but if this is what you use on your camping trip to use soon it will work
