Works well. We use it outside when we're entertaining or working in the yard. Great cost savings compared to buying ice and bottled water.
I need tips on how to put a need water gallon without spilling half the gallon thats the only downside other then i love it my kids love to be able just to get ice cold water and ice is wonderful
We have had several over the years -- and this by far is the best. I love having the water bottle sitting on top to constantly keep the ice going. The large cubes are big and the ice tray is easy to take in and out. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Amazingly fast and convenient. I always read reviews when choosing an item and a few of them for this ice maker almost made me turn away. There is NO LEAKING, I wanted that to stand out because that almost made me not buy it. I am so happy with ice maker, I would like others to get a fair chance at getting one too ;-) We are ice fiends in this house and finally there is no waiting, its just there ;-)
I love how this ice maker can keep up with my personal use. I have bought smaller ones in the past which only last about a year and could not keep up with making ice fast enough. This so convenient with the water jug connected at all times for ice making as well as cold water. I just wish the ice drawer was a bit better on accessibility and balance. I would highly recommend this product.

Great ice maker! Produced first batch of ice within 10 minutes - small but usable. Within 2 hours the bin was full - approximately 3 lbs of cubes. The machine doe not have an indicator to alert you to the fill level of the output bin - Water/Ice can fill the bin over night then there is water on the floor. My solution is to use the machine when it is needed and not have it on all of the time... plus it is not a storage for ice - the ice melts and recycles - waste of energy.
It is not quite what I expected but it does supply the extra ice I need for the household.
The add water light keeps coming on. We have only had the item a little over 3 months... Not a good product. Also really hard to load the water bottle. Water spills everywhere.
First jug of water worked good once we had to change jug machine stopped working
