FANTASTIC!!! Works great, very smooth to run. Very heavy duty. Stays put and gets the job done with ease. We cut up a bunch of French fries and boil for 7 minutes then put them in freezer bags to freeze down and have our own French fries ready to put in the oven. Well worth the money
