Compact, interchangeable tape widths (18 mm tape included) power source and protective case. I'm very pleased with the performance. I also purchased an extended protection plan.
I love my new Office Helper. Is has made my everyday work load easy. No more hand writing labels!!!
I can create just about any label I want to make files, or anything else, look cool. I love this label maker. The carrying case is very nice. It keeps everything you need organized. Definitely worth purchasing.
The printer does an outstanding job. I highly recommend getting the case for the printer as it neatly stores everything. It works great on battery power alone. The only complaint I have is the somewhat excessive use of printer label on the lead in and trailing ends of the printed text.
The labels print out great and there are a lot of options for label designs. The keyboard is a little clunky and takes some getting used to. However, once you are used to it, it is fairly easy to use. My ONLY complaint is that the blade to cut the label leaves a lot of 'extra' space on the side of the label. there are a couple minor marks to show you where to cut, but if your labels have to fit on a small area or you want them to not look off center, you will need scissors to cut off the extra label tape. I bought this to label extra spice jars and my labels look better than the original. But I ended up wasting (throwing away) almost as much label tape in cut scraps as I used for actual labels.
I am still just learning how to use it. So far am am very pleased though I wish I had ordered the one with the color screen. I located a tool for getting the backing off the labels. I think you should include one in every kit as it is pretty haard to get the backing off with just your fingers.
This label maker is better than one I got from container store but the only thing I do not like is the tape runs out so fast and more ink costs money.
I bought the refurbished unit and it did not have the case or power supply. This purchse was to replace an older unit that finally gave out. This one probably has more features than I will ever use but I was pleased with the old one and wanted one that used the same tapes since I had a supply. I'm sure this one will live up to my expectations.
This is a good product with some flaws. #! The instructional manual is very hard to understand. #2 The info display screen is too dark. Very hard to read the instructions. It does a good printing job but it is difficult to maintain consistent labels due to the poor visual screen.
We LOVE this Label Maker and have used it so many times. Much more than we ever thought we would. We love the option of using different widths of Label for different Applications. The 4 Star Rating is because we wish the Display Window Lit up for easier viewing.
