I was very pleased with this product. It is durable, resistant to just about everything, and ties firmly in place. The price was also very reasonable.
I love this product. Before purchasing I read some of the reviews that said they thought the fabric was cheap or the seams leaked water, but I have not had any problems at all. I have a 3-seater bench, 2 armchairs and 2 small end tables. This cover is plenty big enough for all of them and is very easy to put on and take off. Also folds up and stores very well. I don't encounter much wind on a regular basis so I haven't had to use the tie-downs, so I don't know how well they may work. But the Phx monsoons can be pretty harsh with microbursts and this cover has held up extremely well. Definitely a great value and I would highly recommend.
Great cover for straight-line outdoor BBQ plus table set. Lasted two years in full (100+ degree) summer sun.
I have a rectangle table with four chairs and two folding chairs and this covers the whole set. It does not fit perfect but it has not blown off in recent storms nor have I had a problem with water pooling and we have had a lot of rain lately. I don't use the ties either. (To much hassle when we sit in it almost everyday.) It is thick and sturdy and I am sure it will help us keep our furniture much longer than if we did not have it.
Cover good quality . We have it covering 6 chairs and a square table. Works well keeping items dry. To keep water from pooling in the middle have put umbrella stand in the middle of the table under the cover. The ties are not very sturdy so if you live in an area that gets windy (gusts 30-40mph) they will not hold up. Have had 3 come off so far so we now use binder clips to hold cover in place.
This is a decent patio cover. Hard for me to know for sure because it is not covering the typical table and chairs for us. We have a fire pit/table that is a large square coffee table size and then 4 lounge chairs. We made it work well enough for us. The ties are cheap and frayed. I used large butterfly binder clips to attach the cover to the backs of each chair since I don't trust the ties to stay together. Also put a container in the center to raise the middle up so the rain/snow won't pool in the middle but will run-off. The cover serves its purpose - even though I have crazy binder clips on the back of each chair.
Even though the cover is made for a recangular table, we were able to adapt it for an octigon table, with 4 chairs. We use a stool, in the center, to make the rain run off and not pool in the center. One issue is the seams leak slightly. Some camping seal cured it. We were able to manipulate the cover to tie to the chairs and the ties have held up, even with the wind we have had in Dallas, through April 2009.
I was looking for a product to cover a conversation set I bought at Walmart last summer. It works if I push the furniture together and stack it. It has done the job of keeping the furniture dry, but we don't get a lot of moisture. The product is to short to reach the ground.
Well constructed and nice appearance. It will only fit over a complete set if it is a -small- and preferably square set. Perhaps better as a table cover.
This cover was purchased to use with the Garden View 5pc Dining Set. It seems sturdy enough, but unfortunately, it's only big enough to cover the table and two chairs, even though the table is a relatively small, square one. A lot of money spent and now we'll either have to buy a second cover or buy two chair covers.
