I am a fair-skinned red-head (a ginger). Although I don't burn the way I did as a kid, I am still more sensitive to sun than most and have the pre-cancerous spots on my face and arms to prove it. In other words, I have to use sunscreen. The consistency of this lotion/cream is perfect. It is easy to apply it evenly. It has such a great, citrus scent that leaves you smelling good, not like most other lotions. I work outside a great deal and have problems with sunscreen mixing with sweat and running into my eyes - which stings and burns. I haven't had that problem with this lotion. And did I say... I **REALLY** like the scent.
I absolutely love this product! I use it every morning after I wash my face. I have very sensitive/fair skin and found this is one of very few that does not irritate my skin. It looks a tad greasy when you first put it on but then I just finish lightly rubbing it in just before I get to work. I feel it makes my skin look better too - other people mention that to me as well. And I love the smell of it! Just don't put it on too close to your eyes as it can irritate them if it gets inside.
Best smelling sunblock I've ever used, and works great. I burn without sunblock within 20 minutes, so I need a strong sunblock, and this stuff really works.
When I first discovered Ocean Potion I could not believe how effective it is. I use it all the time and find that I could not be out in the sun without it. WalMart did an excellent job of getting me the product quickly. Great job WalMart.
Will never buy another brand of sunscreen!
This is a very good lotion for super sun-sensitive, light complexioned skin. I have used it several years and it is great for preventing sun damage and smells like orange Dreamcicle. Goes on creamy and dries pretty quickly. I always apply sunscreen at least 15 minutes before sun exposure (heavily), and reapply after swimming or as directed on tube. Don't know why I had to order on line - no longer available at my local Walmart otherwise. But no shipping charges when shipped to store, so.....
I love this lotion. I use it as a face moturerizer & as sun block ! It absorbs into face and elsewhere well and has light pleasant smell that Men, women and children can live with but once it goes on you don't really smell it at all. My husband and 7yr old wear it everyday also.
I love Ocean Potion sunblock! It is a creamy lotion that will leave a shine on the skin after application. This doesn't bother me, because it helps to know where I've applied it. Other than the obvious sun protection, the thing I like best about Ocean Potion is the scent. It reminds me of a tropical vacation! Whenever I use it in public I'm asked about it because the scent is so unique. I like the whole line of Ocean Potion sunblocks and after sun aloe lotion. I have not tried the self tanning lotion. I recommend this sunblock to everyone. Unfortunately I haven't been able to buy it in my local Walmart, but I was happy to be able to order it and have it shipped to my store for pick up.
I have been using ocean potion ant-iaging for many years. No complaints
I decided after going through sprays, way too fast to go back to the lotion. I am very pleased to say that it goes further and stays on longer. I would have liked to get it in the SPF 70 or above, but did not see any available at our local Walmart.
