I LOVE this swing and so does my son!!! It's beautiful!!! colors are exactly the colors I went with for his room and the swing is quiet and the music/bird chirps are adjustable in sound and swing motion that is just right for my newborn. Peaceful!!! The straps are very secure for my small one so I don't worry if I turn my back for a moment and an excellent deal- even at the cost of $150.00... SWEET Zen!!!
My baby had heart surgery so i was in the market of finding a swing that would be easy to take my baby out of the swing without hurting him. I am more than satisfied with this swing, and my baby loves it!!!!
The swing is great and I am glad we decided to order it! My newborn premie has loved it from the minute we put it together and began using it at just a few days old. She loves swinging side to side. Some swings go back and forth but this swing has the option to change the swing direction. We have enjoyed the option of removing the seat to take her from place to place in our home without waking her. I like the contemporary look of the product. It is definately well made. The swing also plugs into the wall with the option of a battery back up which is cost saving. This swing has been by far one of the BEST things we have purchased for our child. Wal-mart's price was WAY below what other stores were asking for the same swing. I would say if you are unsure, order it, you can always return it in-store if you don't like it. I am impressed with ours and am glad we ordered it. The on-line service is QUICK! I have ordered quite a few things from the web and they are fast. This swing wasn't available in the store and I am glad I waited the 3 days for it to come. It was well worth the wait!
Bought this for my niece that just had a set of twins. He already has a 16 mo. old, just imagine three crying babies. It was easy to put together and as soon as she put one of the crying twins in the swing the crying stopped. He was so amazed by the mobile and the nature sounds that he started smiling. Now she can feed one twin while the other is in the swing. The twins love it and my niece is in heaven, she said it is a Cadillac of swings. She also loves the removable seat.
This is well made and the best part is is that it plugs in!!! Easy to put together, most of the swing snaps together so little required for assembly. The swing part that comes off is also a great feature. The only reason I put four stars under features is because it would be nice if it had a vibrate option but other then that is it perfect. Saves my back which I am grateful for! Would recommend this to anyone.
This swing is a little noisy and I wish the seat had more position options (it would also be perfect if the seat vibrated when used alone). Other than my minimal complaints, I love the swing and its' key features and I (plus baby) am very happy with my purchase!
I think we misread or misunderstood the online description. We were expecting much more 'wood' finish than just the handles of the cradle itself. It is beautiful and the green and brown could be for a girl or boy. I think 'baby' would benefit more from the spiral decorations on the mobile if the color were 'under' the mobile canopy so baby's eyes could catch the contrast of white to brown, etc. Having the color spirals on top of the mobile is more decorative than beneficial to baby's potential eye development or enjoyment from the movement.
Gorgeous addition but was slightly disappointed that the bouncer Seat does not have any options to vibrate or play music when not connected to the swing since the motor is on there. It was a little difficult to remove the bouncer from the swing as well. Set up was easy and it's a very fun piece of equipment with sound effects. Can be boy or girl friendly= perk! Also appreciated the plug in or battery function, as well as fold up option. It's nice to have metal pieces as opposed to plastics. Turns easily from side swing to front- back motion.
We haven't had the chance to use this yet as we are due in a few weeks but so far the swing seems to be quite nice, especially compared to the swing we had with our daughter previously. The colors are beautiful and match home decor perfectly. The set-up was decently easy and only took maybe 30 minutes. The motor is a little louder than other swings and the music is very soft - which is a bummer because the sounds are soothing - so they don't really "drown" out the motor noise. The seat itself is plush and easily removable to carry around baby.
Kid hated it. Box came black with holes in it. Base Sots at an angle so it looks like the baby can fall out. Motor is ridiculously loud. Returning today
