The Adventure force might megasaur T-rex is a hit in our house. The great quality and amazing detail in the eyes, and lifelike skin. The dinosaur is 10.24 inches, pretty big for a toy. It requires 3AAA batteries and it it's easy for your children to operate. You push the button and the eyes light up, and it roars and stomps with walking action. The kids had so much fun having it chase the animals and running after it. It makes a great addition to your child's toy collection or if they are like mine and collect dinosaurs. We look forward to buying other dinosaurs from the Adventure Force line of toys. We're impressed with the quality of the mighty megasaur T-rex.
This is a great dinosaur toy! It is large and is constructed well. The tail snaps on easily but doesn’t seem like it will come off easily. The Dino looks great with realistic features and amazing light up eyes. The sound and movements all work. The moveable head and neck are covered in a thick but flexible plastic that looks durable for lots of play with my three year old. I was skeptical about the toy actually moving across the floor but it really goes if given an open space. There are 3 settings: off, head only, and whole body.
Adventure Force Mighty Megasaur T-Rex is a great fun toy for those that love dinosaurs! The Mighty Megasaur T-Rex is 10.24 inches and it is brown colored with a black stripe down its back. Its body is made of a hard sturdy plastic and its neck and head are made of a soft flexible rubber material. The only assembly required is attaching the tail to the body which is very easy. It does require batteries but they come included! If you push the button on the left side the dinosaurs tail it shakes its head a roars ferociously while his eyes light up. The roar really sounds like the dinosaur roars in movies!! There is also an on and off switch that when turned on the dinosaur walks and stomps across the floor while roaring. The dinosaur will continue to walk until it is turned off. It moves around great on hard surfaces. I am not sure how well it would do on carpet. Just be careful of hair and fuzz getting stuck and tangled in the wheels on its feet. Adventure Force Mighty Megasaur T-Rex would be a great gift for your little one for fun and imaginative play.
This toy can be a little scary for a smaller child, so I suggest sticking to the 3+ age recommendation. This toy is perfect for kids loving dinosaurs - it is so realistic! It roars, moves, stomps and even has glowing eyes. it is really awesome. And the best part - it is not very loud, like some other toys out there, so parents won't be annoyed and tired :) Your child will have hours of playtime guaranteed!
This T-Rex dinosaur was a huge hit here! The boys were excited from the moment that it got here. This Adventure Force Mighty Megasaur was quite larger than we expected. In person, this measures (standing) almost 11 inches high, from the ground to the top of face. It measures 20-3/4 inches, from the nose to the tip of it's tail. It's such a great size. This is a battery operated walking and roaring T-rex. It has eyes that light up and it moves its head while it roars. He is pretty cool. It's perfectly scary, but in a fun way. The switch has on or demo mode. In demo mode, when you press the button, the dinosaur roars, moves head and it's eyes light up. The Regular mode will stay active for a long time. While turned on in the regular mode, it's eyes light up and the dinosaur walks around with dinosaur stomping sound effects. Every few seconds it will roar and move its head. When it walks, it does it in a T-Rex meandering sort of way; turning a little bit here and there, circling around as if it is looking for its prey. It doesn't just go in a straight line. It's really cool. The boys loved pretending that it was coming after them, just as much as they love setting up their other dino toys for this Mighty Megasaur to go after. So fun!
I gave this to one of my children’s friends for their birthday. This is an excellent gift giving gift-not crazy expensive or fancy yet still nice enough so you don’t look like you are being cheap and tacky! Doesn’t seem flimsy like other toys that fall apart after one use!
Excellent toy, sounds loud, movements realistic. We actually got several ones to compare and this is the only one we kept.
My son who just turned two was a bit scared to touch this dinosaur at first but after a day he was playing with it just fine. Its body is made out of hard plastic and the neck looks like it is made out of silicone and some sort of rubber - this makes it able to move the neck. The tail comes unattached but it snaps easily. The roaring is not too loud but it is loud enough that you can hear it in a room. You switch it on for it to walk and move its head. It takes a few steps, roars, then walks again. It will keep on walking unless you switch it off. While it's off; you can press the button on the side to make it roar and its eyes will light up. It seems robust and well-constructed. Will make a great gift for a dino-loving kid!
This is a cool toy. My 6-year-old son found it exciting. It makes a roaring sound and does little movements like stomping the feet and walking. It opens and closes the mouth. The eyes turn red in color when it makes the noise. Quality is good. It also looks realistic. Decent size. There is a button on the toy which needs to be pressed for any movement. It's battery-operated and comes with batteries. It's a cool toy for the kids to have it.
The paint quality is horrible, it looks like the teeth have lipstick on them. The battery died so fast.
