This really works! My sister in law had lost a lot of weight. She is on mainten ance, now. She told me about these roots. She shared a 30 day supply with me. I tried them. She told me to drinks LOTS of water and stay close to the bathroom for the first week. Since January I have lost over 35 pounds. The amazing thing is the lost inches! I have gone from a size 24/26 to a size 18! They key is to drink lots of water. I have a 2.2 liter bottle. I TRY to drink 2 of those each day. It does not alway happen, but I at least get one full bottle drank (depends on my work schedule)
These really work I lost 20 pounds in a month as long as you drink a lot of water they work

MUST BUY! MUST BE PATIENT! Seriously Ive been trying to loose weight for YEARS!! And these little root pieces are the ONLY thing that have worked! I just finished my 3 month supply and lost already 24lbs! Of course everyones body is different so don't expect the same results! BUT theyre soo easy to stay on track with. one pill in the morning after breakfast. DO NOT TAKE on an empty stomach. My friend saw inconvenient side affects. I personally drink a full glass of water when taking the pill after breakfast and TONS of water throughout the day! I take potassium pills to help, as they can lower your potassium. I havent been under 200lbs since before my first pregnancy and that was in 2008!!! Now all my family has ordered them and started their journey. FYI...be patient! As I myself did not see any results until after the first month! But honestly I had nothing to loose, good price and easy instructions! AND I SAW RESULTS!!
I've been taking the root for 2 years and has helped me tremendously!! I agree with everyone, you have to be patient. The weight loss takes time but it's so worth it. Potassium is a must and lots of water. Keep in mind everyone is different and results may vary. Meaning, one may see the weight loss faster than others or slower than others. BE PATIENT!
I been taking them for 2 weeks 1/2 and i lost 5lbs in 2 days then i gain then right back. I don't eat that much i drink alot of water and I workout and I'm still in the same weight!! ughh I'm so frustrated!!
I Only put 3 stars Because, I'm barley entering into My 2nd Wk. of taking these Tejecote Root pills. (I started Aug.3, 2020) But, Will come back

I did not lose any weight. I think I gained weight instead. Be ready to stay in the bathroom though. It cleansed for sure but no weight loss. I was miserable while taking them.
