He sometimes does not make it to the bathroom in time when he is sleeping at night. And we thought this would be a good idea for that. It worked out very well And he is very happy with them. And so they are very comfortable and absorbent. We will continue to purchase them for him as long as he needs them. It's a good product.

They fit me well and are relatively soft. No problem with absorbency and they do the job better than expected. Recommended!

They help with my overnight accidents & keep myself & me dry. They fit just like briefs & they're easy to pull on. They have absorbent padding that goes along the front & back to help prevent leakage. The waist is stretchable & it covers my stomach area. I can move around in these & they don't feel constricting when going to bed. The material feels breathable & soft. They absorb small to more fuller leaks.

These have way better overall quality and a better fit than other brands I've previously used. I like the skin soft fabric. It feels better knowing I am comfortable and these give me a full 12 hours of protection when needed. They don't leave my skin irritated as other brands have before that's I've tried in the past. If you are looking for a better quality and better protection you'll want to definitely add these to your shopping list. A good fit and exciting to keep using this brand from now on.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These assurance men's underwear are super absorbent, finally, underwear that is not bulky, comfortable to wear, and looks and feels like underwear and at the same time is very absorbent and helps me prevent leaks and accidents during nighttime. They fit perfectly, these diapers are the best so far I had tried so far.

These are not nearly as good at preventing leaks as the old style Assurance overnight underwear, which I used for years. They leak around the legs. Get cheaper (change more often) for daytime use and more expensive for nighttime or long trip use.
They took away the extra inside guard along each side inside pull up. The lack of this extra protection allows urine to leak out soiling pants. The previous version of these pull ups had this protection. I am disappointed with the change.
