1. The phone was very simple to assemble. It was less than 5 minutes no instructions needed. 2.I will say the best feature on the phone is the smart blocker, I love this feature. I'm able to add spam numbers after each call and it's stored. I haven't received calls from the numbers. that has been blocked since. I also like the call waiting feature. The menu is easy to access and locate desire setting. I also like that if someone call and there no number the phone will not ring.....great feature, I get a lot of calls with no numbers. I only use the speaker a couple of times, but the call is clear. I would say my favs are the speaker and call blocker 3. I believe the design of the phone, the size and some of the features are similar to my family and friends. also caller ID and answering machines are similar but I'm the only one that has to smart blocker feature and they have never seen a phone that has that feature . 4. I would say if I had to rate this phone I would give it a 10. I would say 10 because like I said the smart block feature is what set this phone apart from other phones. I also like that it has the answering machine which is typical and the caller ID but because of that one feature with the smart blocker it puts AT
Overall, I truly enjoyed this handset more than the one I currently own. The quality of the sound was very clear. There is not a subtle static noise in the background. Asthetically, the handset is very nice. The black color is good and the numbers and words are big enough to see without needing to squint. It was very easy to set up, the instructions were clear and precise. Being able to adjust the volume of the ring is very convenient. Also, it is not difficult to check for missed calls or voicemails. It is very straight forward. Regardless of my location within my home, I was able to get a good connection from everywhere. The phone itself is a great size. It's not too big and fits comfortably in my hand. I will easily give this handset 5 stars.

Best cordless phone I have used. The call blocker is amazing. The only negative comment would be the clarity of the answering machine playback. It is not clear at all.!!!
I bought this set for an elderly lady. It was very easy to set up and she said she could hear the ringer better and hear others calling her better on the phone.
Nice loud ringer. Love the call block feature , display and sound is nice and clear. Had bought a VTech and returned it because display was faint and when you talked on phone all you heard was background noise.
I like everything about this phone
I was receiving 8-12 spam calls a day. My phone company refuses to offer the call block feature. I saw the smart call blocker ad on the box and bought it. Easy to set up and use. And no more spam calls! I would have paid twice the price for the peace of mind I have now.
Like the fact that ANY CALLERS not in the phonebook of the phone do NOT even ring!! Yay! However, now one of the phones will not Recharge, at all! I'm sure that I bought the Protection Plan when I was in the local walmart...but I can't find my receipt now. Unsure How to replace the battery pack also. It's a pickle.
. d of June 2022, everything stopped working, no call blocker, had to start entering manually, caller ID stopped working from my contact list, doesn't announce calls. This is the worse phone I have purchased and the last AT@T product I will ever own.
