A great product, not a thing negative about it.
This is our favorite brand for long-store ingredients. While we love Mountain House meals, Augason Farms has individual ingredients and they're great quality. We're preppers, so we've sampled quite a bit of freeze dried products from many brands and this one has our vote for single ingredients. 25+ year shelf life, unopened. For my household this is the best, most convenient way possible to purchase our bulk plus long term food storage items with free delivery of sometimes quite heavy boxes right to my garage door. I highly recommend it especially in winter months. Augason Farms and Emergency Essentials are the cadillac quality of freeze dried foods in our opinion. Caution: we are retired and always home to receive so just make sure it will be safe until you get home from work etc.
I like everything about this brown sugar! It's price, convenience, taste, ease of use, ability to store in it's own container, etc., etc., etc. I could go on and on. I will say I thought "Gosh, it's gonna take me forever to use this much brown sugar". Not so it has gone pretty fast. half a can left now. Nice to know it's in my pantry when I want/need it. Great price too for that much great brown sugar! Buying again right now.
I used this brown sugar today and it is the best I have ever had. I am sold on this product and will reorder when needed.
The sugar comes in a big nice can that you open with a can opener, but it has the re-closeable lid to keep it fresh. The sugar was soft, moist, crumbly. Having the brown sugar in a can is really nice because it dries out in a bag and is messy when it's in a loose bag like what comes in the supermarket. I would buy again.

This brown sugar is finer than sugar and you can eat it any way you like. Tasted quite good.
I bought this to try to replace the brown sugar I use in a seasoning blend. It tastes good but still a little to wet for my needs. It's dryer than actual brown sugar but I'm affair it will clump easily if it get a little moist. I will use for other recipes.
