We have this in tuscan bronze and love it!!! Very classic & stylish at the same time.
This set is what I chose for in our home when we built in 2015. The fixtures are beautiful even 6 years later. The color and oil rub accents haven't rusted or discolored at all. Last week the spout on the soap dispenser broke off. I contacted customer service and my replacement arrived today! So, not only are these products beautiful and well made, the warranty and customer service really can't be beat.
I purchased this faucet 7 yrs ago. The soap thing broke one time & we were sent a replacement. (Thanks) Now the aerator has damage cause the water is squirting a bit. The finish on the on/off valve is coming off, & the washer around the base of the main faucet is broken. I think it lasted pretty long & I'm sure I can replace the washer & aerator. I would purchase another one down the road if need be.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the faucet approximately 8 years ago and it worked well. One day the base started leaking so iI called the company. The customer service I received was outstanding. I spoke to a person not a computer and they went out of their way to assist me. They sent replacement parts without hesitation. The only issue I had was i'm not a plumber so the sink wrench I purchased did not fit the oversized nut that holds the diverter in place. Using a cresect wrench solved the problem but because of limited space ( which isnt p/f fault ) I was only able to turn the nut in small turns. Overall I am a devoted p/f customer forever.
I purchased the Ashfield faucet 11 years ago. The finish has been wearing off over the last couple years so I thought I would try the lifetime warranty. Sure enough, the manufacture is sending out a new set (series was replaced with Avalon) at no cost. Just had to upload some photos. Very easy process.
Great look! Have had many problems. Broken part, leaky faucet, finicky spray. You have replaced all parts for free and the last time replaced the entire set up. Still having problems with the spray not working all the time. Plumbing costs have exceeded $200.00. Do I request another entire faucet set up or just go out and buy a different brand? The quality of this faucet is low. The soap pump boke twice. The first time, I ordered a replacement part and Price Fister sent me a new one free, which was nice. Now it's broken in a different spot. It only ever got moderate use, not like we beat it up. The real kicker is the faucet itself. It doesn't regulate the water flow (basically you get either a trickle or full-on high pressure, nothing in between) and when the water flow is too low, the handle drops and it literally turns itself off. I have a friend who's got the same faucet in his house and has all the same problems, so ours isn't an anomaly. I wouldn't buy this faucet again. It's only a couple of years old, and we'll be replacing it soon. Disappointed!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After reading the reviews, I agree with the quality. The mixer control allows for cold water to come out and the hot water pressure is barely enough. The pressure is pathetic especially when the cold line is connected to my outside faucet and that works great. A plumber says it might be the mixing chamber and will all need to be replaced. Why should that be when there is a lifetime warranty and should cover it. I removed the flow restrictors and that made no difference. I do not feel that I should be asked to pay for inferior product standards.
I bought this faucet several years ago. the sprayer got stuck all the time, even when a replacement was sent to me. I was sprayed and so was my kitchen because it did not disengage. The soap pump clogged and a new one was sent to me and the same thing happened. Recently the water lines in out hometown were being flushed. The day of the flushing the main stem of the faucet where the hot and cold connect started to leak up high in the bell area that could not me reached without a special tool. I am not one to complain, but since you asked!
Over three years with this faucet and the diverter valve located within the faucet handle repeatedly fails and causes less than adequate water flow from the faucet. This is obviously a design flaw or the replacement part is so poorly made, a 3 month life is typical. My repeated issues result in a new worthless part to get me by for another three months that I have spend time installing. I gave up and have lived with poor water flow or a hand sprayer in the kitchen. Pfister never again!!
