We purchased this umbrella with table and chairs last summer. My husband was too late to close it and it got caught up in a terrible windstorm, taking it out of it's base and around the house.! We thought it was ok, since it worked all summer. In September, it wouldn't close anymore. When I saw it was back this year, we purchased it again as we loved the quality, it's mildew proof, nice and wide giving lots of shade. We now make sure it's closed, unless we are using it.
i was looking for an umbrella that cranked and tilted, this one does both. the description doesn't say it tilts but it does. you can see it in the pic. most of these types of umbrellas were around $179 or higher, this was the lowest i found. it seems very sturdy and should last.
