This is my third Bonavita coffee maker over the past ten years. Each of the two prior have naturally expired due to frequent use and old age. I am so happy with this product, and the new "Connoisseur" model is the best yet. This brewer makes a wonderful cup of coffee. Very pleased. Especially pleased with Walmart's service. Arrived on-time, expertly packaged in the ship container. And the price was exactly what I would expect to pay. Very happy with Walmart service, and the coffee maker, too!
Love the design and special pour-over feature. Carafe keeps coffee hot about 2 hours, but is still lukewarm after 24 hours. Brewing process leave no bitterness and less acidity in coffee. The 1500 watts of the coffee maker is a definite plus. The thermal carafe is easy to pour and clean. Have used for only a week but so far very happy with the purchase.
Simple to use...great coffee. Minor issue...getting the pre-spray setting to work is random...sometimes works, sometimes does not. No instructions in package...so no way to know exactly how...
Ive had this for about a week. So far its great. I actually am a review junkie and on youtube this was rated one of the top coffee makers in its price range. The coffee is good and has a smooth taste. Also, id recommend distilled water in these machines for good taste and longevity. Id also recommend putting the cap on the thermal right after it brews because it does not have a hot plate
We purchased this coffee maker because it was rated No.1 on the TV Program "America's Test Kitchen". (We previously had a Cuisinart Coffee Maker for the past 11 years). Interesting to read in their "instructions on cleaning" that white vinegar should never be used, etc. One person's comment is that using "Distilled Water" will be better for the inside mechanism as far as keeping a "build-up" of minerals happening too often. Well, that may be a good idea, but could be costly in only using that type of water. We have a "double filter" water system in our home, hoping that helps in keeping the "mineral build-up" from happening too soon. One thing we notice is that when rinsing out the coffee pot
Compact and fast with good coffee. Coffee not hot enough in carafe. When cycle is finished brewer basket still drips, No shut off valve when you pull carafe out making a mess. Too expensive.
Unhappy. I purchase this coffee brewer in advance of a family gathering, so didn't use it until about a month
