Easy to use. Works well. Matches my kitchen. Quiet.
We've had this for two weeks now and so far it's great. By far it's the quietest cooler we've ever owned, which was our hope when purchasing. It was easy to set up and comes with all the features you'd want including the ability to choose the temperature degree of the cold and hot water.
It never occurred to me to have a water system in my home until my recent move to Florida happened. The thought of carrying a ton of water to my apartment from my car was daunting. I reached out to a water delivery company and they would bring two containers right to my door sealed the deal. I drink much more water and that pleases me.
I love the Brio water responders. I have used them for several years. I especially like the looks and the bottom load models. I just bought my second one. I just thought it was time to upgrade so I got a newer model. The old one was still working fine so I passed it on to my son. Brio now has so many models to choose from.
I love my new water dispenser! It looks great in my kitchen and gets used frequently! The water is nice and cold for a refreshing drink and hot when I want to make a soup! I would highly recommend this product!
Brio Moderna Self Cleaning Bottom Load Water Cooler …so far… meets all expectations and more. After having leased a different brand water dispenser for years and returned, I researched for months including speaking with a Brio rep for water dispensers. Brio is the best, being efficient, quiet…the technology is simply amazing. In addition Brio water cooler looks great, sleek in our kitchen. The water temperatures, hot, cold and room temperature work perfect. I have owned and leased water coolers for over 30 years, and there is no doubt BRIO is the winner. I love this cooler! Thank you Brio.
Positives: Easy to use, convenient to swap water containers, dig the lighting system. Negative: water does not get cold enough as it goes no less than 39 degrees.
It works but doesn't get as cool as it says. The dispenser is made to where you can't tell if your cup is completely full. There's no nightlight for the actual buttons. It looks nice but the functionality is not the best.
It came broken ,and can NOT use it tried over and over again to get a refund they said they would come and pick it up but Walmart blew me off never did , lost all my Money
We've had a simple water cooler for 12 years and it always provided really cold water. Purchased this because we were looking for a nicer look but this one does not make cold water constantly. Seems like it takes time to get cold so if you're not drinking from it every 30 minutes, it won't give you a cold glass of water. Huge bummer.
