Not as sweet, but it did work with the recipe I made.
I think these are far superior to any other sun-dried tomato I have tried. These taste fresh and have the texture of a dried apricot. Jarred tomatoes in oil taste rotten to me and are mushy. Rehydrated tomatoes are tough and hard to chew. These are perfect.
Love these and am so happy Walmart carries them. I putthem in my creamy pasta sauce, and its very similar to the cheesecake factory dish. Love them in chicken salad as well as regular salad and pasta salad. The stay fresh packaging is a plus.
tastes great with a great price! our household buys this item about once a month.
Delicious: tangy and sweet. Moist and chewy. Have to be careful not to eat the whole bag at once!
the celery had scrapes on it and looked old and the spinach and spring mix expired today.The day I got it.Very disappointed.
Just ok
They were alright, but nothing compared to what I had at "Truxton's American Bistro."
I was desperate for some for a recipe and grabbed these. Other than them being red, there was nothing about them that made the same taste as the classic tomatoes in oil.
Not very flavorful. All I could taste was the sulfur dioxide. Would not recommend. Will not buy them again. Very disappointed.
