This review comes directly from my cat, Slate...I love the thin slices in gravy. My mom adds some of the loaf as well. I like the taste and having a little bit of both. I eat it pretty fast, I can't help it, it's just so yummy. My grooming regimen is quite easy as this food makes my coat so shiny and soft. Thanks Royal Canin for the great food!! Side note from owner: the quality of food is outstanding. My vet recommended this brand from the start and gave me a few samples. The price is a little higher than the other brands on the shelves, but the results I see in Slate are definitely worth every penny!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feed my three spayed and neutered cats wet and dry cat food. Two of them can eat wet food and keep it down. The other one, for whatever reason, has a hard time keeping wet food down. Since this product was made for spayed and neutered cats, I was excited to try giving it to them. All three cats ate this food and loved it! No problems keeping it down for any of my cats. I'm excited to have this product in my pantry for them. Wet food helps with hydration.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Anytime I am having trouble getting my cat to eat something I can just add a bit of this sliced cat food in gravy and she eats it without a fuss. The ingredients in Royal Canin products are known to be considerate of your loving fur baby, but the fact that they made a dish specifically for spayed/neutered cats is perfect. I was fearful my baby would begin to gain weight. She has has all of the nutrients she needed and stays healthy inside and out.
Both of my cats think Royal Canin is treat food ... they love it. Good nutrition and good flavor (evidently). I've been feeding RC to my cats for over 10 years and even my vet says its the best food you can feed your pets. In the past I've had to feed my cats prescription diet and same thing, they loved it. As a matter of fact, my one cat got fat on prescription diet when usually cats lose weight. RC does a great job making sure your pets will love their food! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received the Royal Canin cans of Spayed & Neutered Thin Slices in Gravy cat food, I immediately served it to my cat Lino. He absolutely loved it!! He's very fussy about certain foods, but he really loved this food! I've served him this food about 5 times now this week, and he never gets tired of it, and eats it all!! The meat is finely sliced with gravy, and easy to digest for him. No heavy smells to it either. The can is also just enough of a serving for him as well. I'll definitely be purchasing this brand and flavor of Royal Canin for my cat in the future!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cats absolutely loved this. They are definitely looking for more. I had to go buy some more. I have 5 indoor cats and only one is not fixed. He was the only one that didn't get to try it. But the 4 other cats did and they loved it. I can't say anything about taste because I'm not a cat. But they seemed to love it. I will keep buying this food for them. They seem much more content.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have three cats and I wasn't sure if all three would like these and I was amused by how fast they ate their cans lol I think it was the gravy! They all loved it and I'm so happy but mainly because the ingredients seem pretty safe and simple. Definitely a winner in my book.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our cat loves this cat food and I love that its healthy for her. The cat food is in fine flakes or shreds which are easy for her to eat and digest. One can just isn't enough though, she gets 2 of the cans at meal time which is Why I gave this product 4 stars. Our picky cat ate this food with no hesitation.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Spayed & Neutered Thin Slices in Gravy Canned Cat Food. I currently own two cats that are spayed and love giving them new food to try to see how they like it. This can food is very easy to open it is a pull up tab then pull with finger works great everytime. The cans do seem to keep food fresh and looks more meaty than gravy though the meat is shredded/ cut very nicely. The first time I let my cats try this product they ate it with no issues though they prefer alot of gravy. After feeding them this for a week they stopped eating not sure if they got bored of same taste or did not have as much gravy as they like. My cats are pretty picky so I do mix it up once in a while when I seeing them not enjoying it anymore. I continued to offer this product to them but it was left in the bowl, my cats really did not like this food to much. Although it smells very nice and looks great it is not for my cats. I would recommend this product to others smells and looks fresh, easy to open and storage of cans is great when you stack them up. I also like the cans are small enough for one feeding and is not wasteful.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Spayed & Neutered Thin Slices in Gravy made by Royal Canin is quality. The thin slices are in thick gravy, which smells and looks good for a wet cat food. The can is easy open and the perfect serving size for my cat. It is formulated to help your cat maintain a healthy weight by making them feel full (1 yr and older). My maincoon cat has an issue with over eating until he throws up and then eating more. I have to feed him several times a day in small portions instead of having a self feeding dish. When I fed him the spayed and neutered thin slices in gravy he ate half of the can and was full, no throwing up after and I didn't have to feed him as many times as usual with his dry food because he stayed full longer. Switching up his usual dry food to wet every so often gives him a nice change and this is a great canned food for that.
