I use 3 tbsps every night %26 it works wonders!
Husband has tried several different brands, and prefers this particular one due to its ingredients. He has never complained about the taste, so I guess the taste is fine also!
Really helps keeo you going and MUCH better than before. drink as soon as you mix, and i do 10oz of water so not near thick.
It's a very good gentle experience. I recommend it. Mayo Clinic says, "Citrucel (methylcellulose) is mainly insoluble fibers that are nonfermentable, so it's less likely to contribute to bloating and gas than some of the other products which are rich in both soluble and insoluble fiber. Generally, fiber supplements with mainly insoluble fiber may be a better option for constipation."
Perfect came promptly on day promised.
When I talked to my doctor about Metamucil making me feel bloated, he suggested the Citrucel. It works just as well and doesn't give me that awful bloated feeling.
I have take this daily for since 1998 per my Dr %26 it has kept me regular daily. I swear by this!
only bulk I use without side effects
I think that by now most people already know that Citrucel works and is gentle on your digestive system. So I won't belabor about it anymore. But I am impressed with how speedy the product is delivered to my door given that this is holiday season -- I ordered it right after Thanksgiving, and in 3 days, it is on my door step.
It is a good product for constipation and working good
