I really like Clairol Natural Instincts Hair Colour. Very gentle on my hair!
This is the perfect shade for your cool skin. It can be difficult to find the cool medium blonde shades, hence I am so glad to have found this one. Not too dark and not too light with absolutely no brassiness whatsoever. Colour looks oh so natural -like you were born with it. I was a natural blonde till my early teens so went back with this cool blonde shade. Does what it states and keeps hair feeling unaltered.
This product is the "original" NOT the new CREAM Natural Instincts! There is a picture on the side of the box that shows the items inside. I prefer the original product over the NEW cream Natural Instincts. I have had problems finding the 'original' on the shelves of my favorite drug stores but now that I have found it at Walmart I will always order it here....Thank you Walmart!
I have used this for a couple of years and find it easy to use, colours my grey well and lasts a long time.
Softens my hair while adding a beautiful tint of brightness
I have been using Clairol Natural Instincts Egyptian Plum #32 for over a year now. I loved the color it gave my hair. I am about half grey and have naturally very dark brown hair and it covered all very nicely. With time it actually looked like purple highlights on my roots, a very attractive look. A couple of month ago I was looking for this same color and only found a color (still #32) called Burgundy Brown. My hair turns brassy if I do not use blue undertones like the plum. I had no choice but to buy this product as I like Natural Instincts since it does not cause damage to my fine hair. Well, just as I thought after coloring, it turned a horrible shade of brassy brown, nothing like the Egyptian Plum used to make it. I am very disappointed about this change as anything great is always discontinued. Just one advice, if you are looking for plum undertones, this new product will not deliver.
My hair is naturally dark brown and I bought Med Brown because the box suggested to go with a lighter shade if unsure of which to get. It turned my hair nearly black and my grays are still there!! It is so ugly. Total waste of money.
