I had to buy tarp anchors and straps to tighten the cover at the front due to the sloping profile of our trailer. After a typically harsh winter the cover and trailer were in good shape. I would buy a cover made by Classic Accessories again. Shipping was great.
Bought this cover a month ago ,was super fast shipping and fits like a glove .
I've purchased several RV covers over the past several years. The Classic Accessories brand has one of the best warranties out there. The Poly Pro III has a 3 year warranty which is better than most of the other brands. In the past I've contacted their customer service for replacement issues and the service was A+. I don't think I will ever buy another brand. Their service is excellent. This is a well made cover and it fits the trailer nicely. The price through walmart.com was the lowest that I could find, more than $100 less than other companies were selling the same cover for. The shipping was free. I upgraded to faster shipping for less than $5 and received the cover in less than a week.
This is a great RV cover, this is our second one. The first one lasted almost 5 years in the harsh winters of Northwest PA! It would have lasted longer but a sharp corner on the bumper of my RV rubbed a tear in the third year which grew bigger and bigger over the next two years. Material is sturdy and keeps your RV clean over the winter.
I have read on-line of how difficult the install was. A little fore thought will solve this. Our camper is parked on our property of 5 1/2 acres so we had plenty of room to lay out the cover before hand. After unpacking we laid out the cover face up, as it will cover the camper. We rolled the sides up to the top white material. Then we folded the cover to a mid point. We had to do this because the manufacturer told us we could not walk on the roof. We used two ladders, one on each side starting at the middle and unfolding as we went. First to the rear then front. Once it was unfolded the sides fell easy. The material was a lot heavier than I expected. The throw bag was good, an after though would be the manufacturer include a bean bag with it. We do get some wind up here in PA and since the cover has only been on for a month we will reserve comment on the wear ability till the spring. Great cover, great price.
I just installed this cover and was amazed as how lightweight it is. My old cover was bulky, heavy, and tore easily. This went on easily over a 33' camper (by myself). The little extras is what makes this cover a great choice. It has a label indicating the front of the cover, tie down straps with buckles included (I used ropes on my last cover), has a "toss bag" to throw the straps under the camper to the opposite side when securing, and a bag to store the cover during summer months. There are zippers all along the side (front to back) separating the side into four sections so you can enter the camper if needed regardless where the door is located. It snugs down tight helping to eliminate wind damage. I highly recommend this cover.
Worked well, we put it on our Passport 2650BH and it fit. My husband was on the roof and I was on a ladder to get it on.
Just got back into RV'n and with the crazy winters lately(what with the freeze/thaw cycles) felt it would be a good idea to cover up the new trailer. In the past I just used a tarp to cover the roof, but now with the bigger investment, decided to cover the whole thing. Was easy enough to put on. As they warn you don't want to try it when the wind is up. Fit well, am looking forward to how it performs this Winter. As we just got it I cannot rate its effectiveness, that is why it is not rated
The fabric is heavy and of good quality. It was difficult to put on, it required two people and two ladders to install. I do not know if there is any other covers out there that would be any easier. It would seem they would all probably be the same. The cover fits well and the straps and elastic help the cover stay in place and snug. It has rained a couple of times and it seems to do well, the big advantage of a cover is that it protects against the sun and leaves or other things that would stain the roof or possibly cause damage. I believe for the money it is a good middle of the road cover, not too expensive but not cheap either. I hope it will last several years of storage and if it does I will buy another one similar. Wal-Mart shipped to my store and I picked it up with no problems. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good and affordable cover for storage.
super bummed. only had the cover on for less than a month with one mild storm and the cover already has two holes in it.
