Perfect Inflatable Hot tub for the price!

Purchased our hot tub in March and it's been great! The filter is a little sensitive so it will occasionally go in error mode. When this happens I simple clean the filter and it starts right back up.

Exactly what we were looking for

The item arrived before expected date. Nice plus. Its exactly what we wanted. Nice size But I don't think 4 people would fit comfortably, but we haven't used it yet. The directions weren't very clear, no words, lots of pictures but my husband figured it out. I will say the pump is loud when it runs, hopefully it will decrease when people are in the spa. The cover and spar are heavy duty. I think it will last for awhile. We purchased floor mats for the spa to rest on our patio for comfort. Purchased at Home Depot for 40 bucks. I liked that the manufacturer of the product gives you the option to extend the warranty if filled info out online. I was sent an email for us to contact the vendor if we have issues with the pump too. Also nice. It would be helpful if a listing of the chemicals needed was Included. We researched it online however its a bit confusing not knowing what to purchase. We are Looking forward to using the spa soon.

They never fail!

I buy one every few years and it's the best one out here. Less than an hour to put together including filling up the water. It blows up fast and you just watch it fill up. Best material. Can't wait until it's hot tomorrow. Thank you all.

Must purchase!

We live in NC although the summer is super but the fall winter it gets cold. We have only lived here a year and I'm still not used to this cold. This hot tub is perfect! We do bromide in it cause I didn't want to do chlorine in it. It's definitely helping, I recommend buying extra filters on Amazon to help so we don't have to clean them everyday. We just put in a bucket to soak and are perfect! If your a first time hot tub purchaser this is perfect start, the best thing we will be able to drain for the summer and put away since we have a pool and gets warm enough for the evenings we wouldn't need the hot tub in the summer. We also have it in our garage, we got the mat at lowes for it.

Awesome, and would buy again if I had to.

Very easy to set up, and is perfect for two adults to relax in. Sides are sturdy enough i as a “fluffy” female can sit on the edge and kick my feet with no concern.

Poor quality.

I followed the very poor instructions, and got the spa ready to fill. I noticed the sides seem to be deflating. So I decided to wait to see what would happen before I put water in it. Sure enough the walls deflated and it has a problem. I've had two of these spas in the past and they worked well. They were both branded Coleman. This one says Coleman made by BestWay. I'm going to ask for a return from Walmart. I hope there is good as Amazon with returns. I just spent considerable money to put a 30 a.m. electrical outlet in place for the spa. I also threw out the boxes as Trash was coming yesterday and now I have no boxes to return again. Really really, really disappointing Coleman. I thought they were better than this. I saw a large number of reviews online with identical problems. I should've looked there first.
