[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Conair Unbound Cordless Flat iron. The flat iron has a 1 inch titanium flat plate and has 4 heat settings: 280, 320, 360, or 400. I have super thick hair, so I had to use 400. The cordless flat iron comes with a charger cord, a heat-resistant pouch to store your flat iron, and comes in a rather nice looking box that latches close with magnets. The flat iron is a pretty pinkish purple color that is very subtle. The control buttons to change the temp and turn on/off the flat iron is on the inside of the flat iron. Once the flat iron is on, you can see the temp lit up in LED light numbers of the temp that you have it set up for on the outside of the flat iron. In order to use the flat iron, you should first charge it for at least 3 hours. The direction recommend charging it every 3 months to prolong battery life even if you aren't using it. On a full charge, the flat iron is supposed to last up to 25 mins and does have an auto shut off feature if it's on for 15 mins or more. When using the Conair Unbound Cordless Flat iron, I think it is definitely better than other flat iron that I have used. I love that its cordless, has 4 temp settings, and that it has an auto shut off after 15 mins. I love knowing that because its cordless, I can bring it with me to do my hair at work, if I am running late. The flat iron is just the right size to fit into my tote bag. Also, I'm a little forgetful, so I think its great that there is an auto shut off after 15 mins. I would never want to forget and melt something down. That is one of my worst fears. I would totally recommend this product to my friends and family. In the past, I would always get so frustrated because of the cords getting twisted and not being close enough to the outlet. Now, those frustrations are a thing of the past.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have thin hair and always have had a hard time getting my hair to do anything. Well my sister says she uses her flat iron to curl her hair. Well unless i have a ton of air spray curls don't hold well in my hair. Well let me tell you that i got the better curls from a flat iron than an actual curling iron. And it only required a little hair spray and held up for 8 hours at work. I also love how quick i was able to straighten the ends of my hair as well.

This is a fabulous wireless flat iron and I love that you can charge and take it with you or use it without a cord. I have fallen in love with this flat iron and this will replace my current one. Flat ironing without a cord is so awesome!! No longer am I tethered to the wall or limited to only flat ironing my hair in the bathroom, bedroom or wherever there is a plug. This would be great for anyone whether your at home or on the go, after the gym, traveler or even a camper. I know I would love to make my hair look wonderful even while camping, I can feel like I'm going glamping even when there is no power!! LOL! I love this flat iron!! This flat iron is so pretty too, I love the colors and the quality of how it's made. The Conair Unbound Cordless Flat Iron is so nice and light too, this is helpful for me because I have really weak hand and arm strength. It's really thin and doesn't take up much space and has a nice heat resistant bag to store everything. I can even charge it on the go in the car or with a power bank if I'm in a pinch which is wonderful!!! I can't say it enough, I love this flare iron!!

Straightens my hair within seconds, without that burning smell of lower end flat irons. My hair is done in half the time without half the damage! And it's cordless! What more could you ask for?!

I definitely don't have to worry about getting Tangled in a cord!! I hated having a cord on my straightener, this has saved my hair's life!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had and have been using this flat iron for about a week and I am in love! I have very little hair left after an illness and this works REALLY well to slick and straighten my new baby hairs. Here are my thoughts: PROS: Cordless: I was traveling with my husband this weekend and it was nice to not have to worry about where I am going to plug in the flat iron. When it got crowded in the hotel bathroom, I just moved to another mirror, without have to worry if there was a plug nearby! Lightweight: Because there is no plug, this iron is super light. No more arms getting tired trying to straighten the back of your hair. Auto Shutoff: I like this feature because 1) it saves battery and 2) I'm all about safety. It does not take a lot of time to get hot, so don't leave it too long, or it will shut off (15 mins). Locking Mechanism and heat resistant pouch: The iron has a 'lock' to keep it closed and compact. I leave it locked while it's warming up and it keeps the iron from falling over. I let the iron cool off a bit before putting it away, but the pouch is heat resistant, so I don't worry about it melting or having a hole burn in it! Cons: I really don't have many cons, but I feel like perhaps I was expecting the charge to last longer. I have only charged it twice (when I first opened it and one other time in a week...used it every day). I don't have a lot of hair, so I don't need to use it for long. I was hoping it would last a little longer. Overall, I highly recommend this flat iron. It's convenient and works really well. It would be perfect to throw in your gym bag for a quick fix after a workout. I love that it doesn't take up a lot of space due to no cord.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I felt so stupid looking at my Conair Unbound Cordless Flat Iron wondering where the ON/OFF button was. The instruction manual mentioned the button, but did not include where it was located, even in the diagram of the iron. I had to ask another owner where it was. It is inside below one of the titanium plates along with the +/- button. Other than that, I found the flat iron remarkably easy to use. It is lightweight and so easy to maneuver without a cord in the way. Since I have fine, wavy hair, I started with the lower temperature for fine hair. It didn't take long for me to realize it wasn't hot enough to straighten my hair, so I increased it to the wavy hair temperature. This worked better, but it still just did a very average job of straightening my hair. Still, I would recommend it because it is so easy to use.

This new Unbound Cordless,Rechargeable Flat Iron is a great new product for traveling, going to the gym, and quick overnight trips. I love how the temperature Setting and charging indicator light is easy to read. It holds the charge the whole time I use it on my hair. I feel the Titanium irons are the best on the Market. It styles my hair great, and there is no static in my hair. I have thin fine hair, and it works really well. It doesn't take up much room for storage, and I love the color.
I love the cordless feature of this flat iron. It works great, heats up quickly. The only reason it's not getting 5 stars is due to the location of the power button, heat adjustment button. The instruction manual is sufficient, but could have been a little more detailed.
I was so excited to use this flat iron, bought for myself as a gift. I followed instructions, which were simple, exactly as stated. It said fully charged and 400 degrees but did not feel hot to me. Not only did it not straighten, it pulled my hair out as well. I could touch the plates with my hand and it only felt warm, not hot at all. Would be great if it worked and I also did not like the placing of the temp and on/off button. You can barely fit your finger inside the clamp part to use the buttons. Will be returning.
