I was glad to find these filters for my humidifier since Amazon no longer carried them. I have several of these units and didn't want to throw them away as they are very nice and work well.
Keeps down the white dust
Works very well with tap water. Much cheaper than buying distilled water since I use it every day. I'm also happy to not have to use so many plastic containers. I wish the filters were available in stores where the humidifiers are sold.
I love that I can just use my regular tap water in my Crane Humidifier, with this. Instead of having to go out and buy special water to put in it every time. Not that the water would be expensive, this just makes it so much less of a hassle.
Hard to find but Walmart shipped it faster than I expected.
A filter is nice to have when you have hard water

Bought these for $10.99 a filter which is a fair price considering I would spend more than that buying distilled water every month. Although they work very well and I'm happy with them, I would not pay a price much higher than that.
Used as directed. It didn't work. I even bought a second one which isn't working. I'm very upset my toddlers expensive humidifier no longer works after changing the mineral filter.
Don't bother. Tried using this with tap water and filtered water and I still had white dust accumulations on everything within 10 feet of my Crane Drop humidifier in a matter of one night. Price is ok, but unfortunately it doesn't work at all for me.
