Cuisinart - Automatic Grind & Brew 10-Cup Thermal Coffeemaker - Black/Stainless Steel

Works great. I was afraid the grinder would wake me on the 2nd floor (kitchen on 1st floor) but it doesn't. Great coffee. People complain about the cleaning but it takes 45 seconds. Very happy with purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second Grind & Brew that we've owned. The prior one lasted for 8 years. A couple of things I don't care for are the longer length since I can't pull it out from under the kitchen cabinet and open the lid. I have to turn it sideways to open the lid completely. The second thing is the coffee ground filter holder, the new version has a non- removable lid which makes it more difficult to wash. I do love the stylish new look and the grinders is quieter than the old one.

Instructions were not specifically stated on grinder use. It's cumbersome. Requires to unplug after use, which you have to reset the clock every time. Didn't not specify the strength of coffee beans to determine the right flavor. Suggested bean use was way too weak strength. Requires to wash everything after use. States that it cannot be use under counter. Carafe opening is too small to clean with hand sponge. Would not recommend.

Having used it for more than two years, it's easy to clean and load and produces exceptionally tasting coffee. The fresh bean grinder works perfect and when we created a coffee bar in our other room we didn't think twice about ordering the same coffee maker to use there.

My late husband and I always purchased your stainless steel automatic grind and brew, but then Keurig was pretty popular, my husband tried their product, I did not like their product. When my husband passed I cut the cords and threw two Keurigs in the garbage, they were horrible. I always kept your little 4 cup stainless steel brew coffee maker, I had in my pantry, so when my husband passed, I pulled her out and started brewing. I recently as you know purchased my Auto Grind & Brew 10-Cup Coffeemaker, I am happy again with this product, but I cannot seem to get the coffee right, I must be measuring wrong or something, also not very hot coffee, like I remember... Anyway, I will always use this coffeemaker, I have more of cuisinart products throughout my home. Thank you.
