I have really thick hair and this dryer dried my hair faster than any other dryer I have ever used.
My last blow dryer was a Conair and made it 12 yrs. so I opted to try another Conair. I love this model. It's powerful, light weight and cheap. Doesn't get any better than that.
I wanted a powerful inexpensive hair dryer ,and this one is exactly that.I had it mailed to the store so also no shipping coat, and it came fast!
Sorry, have not used yet but all of my other dryers were Conair so I am sure it is fine. I did turn it on and it was pretty hot and that is what I was looking for this time. So my rating is based on previous experience with this brand.
I replaced my old Conair hair dryer with a newer model. It seems to dry my long, thick hair faster than my old hair dryer (1875 watt). So I am pleased.
It s good and professional with 2000 watt
The dryer dries your hair just fine. However, it tangles your hair terribly and the handle is way too bulky to grip easily. I am a fairly tall person so I know I have longer fingers than the average person. But, I truly have a very hard time holding this even after about a week of use. I had thought perhaps it was just getting used to a new dryer. But, no, it is just too wide. The air comes out so fast it causes my chin lenghth hair to tangle into massive knots even with the use of a styling brush to control hair movement during the process. The only plusses are that it isn't too loud and the cold shot button works very well
I went by reviews to get this dryer, as my old 1875 Conair finally died --- that old one would blow my head off but get hair dry fast! I find with this 2000 watt one, it gets way too hot and not enough blowing power, and actually takes me 2-3 times longer to dry my hair. Now to find the Conair 1875 Watt new equivalent of what I had. I am taking this one back and I guess I will keep ordering til I find the hard blowing one.
I have never experienced a situation where a hair dryer had such hot air that it was burning my scalp when trying to blow dry my hair. It is being returned.
Do not recommend, ordered but returned next day....Made my hair feel rough.
