I needed a new mouse pad. My old one had been in service for years and the cute little kitten on it was looking pretty tattered. I like cats, I want a mousepad with a cat on it. Seeing this, I realized I could have a mousepad with **MY** cat on it! Uploading the pictures and configuring them was dead easy -- it took more effort to make up my mind as to exactly what I wanted than it did to actually do it. Order, pay and it showed up at my door two days later! This is a mouse pad of quality comparable to anything else on the market. It is about 1/4" thick, it has the resilient rubber "feel" a mousepad should have and it has the fine, woven fabric surface we have come to expect. I have no doubt I will still be using it when Snugglebug (the cat) is ten years old! And with this mousepad, you can literally have whatever graphics you want on it!
This mousepad exceeded my expectations - the quality is great, the colors are bright, and the picture is very clear (not grainy). The mousepad has good grip and works perfectly. i would definitely recommend this item.

I ordered this mouse pad one night when I was tired of using mine. When I realized I can customize it I chose my Facebook group. I didn't forget about it until it showed up on my front porch and I couldn't for the life of me figure out what it was. When I saw it my mouth fell open. It was so nice and made it such good material and the logo image came out perfectly. If I needed more here's where I go.
I received the customized mouse pad and just a few days and I love it. The photograph almost appears three dimensional of my kitten Lilli. a mouse pad through Walmart and have it customized or possibly purchase other customized items that they have available.
Product was great, service was terrible. I had to call around to find out what was going on, as it consistently said order delayed. I finally spoke to a very nice lady at Walmart in Chipley, FL and she told me it was there, waiting for pickup. Even after pickup, it is saying order delayed. Very annoying.
The photo is small and it should have been a template with my photo and the Walmart words underneath. Instead it looks like a copy of the Walmart template I ordered including my photo with the words duplicated again underneath (where they were supposed to be)
