Love this sippy cup! It is definitely spill proof.
I LOVED this cup when I saw it and had to have it for our kids since my husband is a huge Elvis fan. The cup is adorable and my toddlers loved it too. However I wish it was a traditional spout. The "soft spout" easily spills when little finger poke it or touch it. We are constantly needing to fix it and clean up spills. Because of this we very rarely use this adorable cup. Please make another one of these with a normal hard spout that doesn't spill every few minutes!
