Preparing these couldn't be easier, just stick them in the microwave for six minutes. The pasta comes out good, and the amount/thickness of the sauce is just right. The cod is quite good and high quality, and has a light buttery flavor. Two servings come individually packaged in the bag, and the portion sizes are just right for a quick lunch if you are a light eater like me. Also they seem to be on sale for very reasonable prices quite often.
