I did mi homework 1st so I new pods would have to be sent to my home,, since I can only find some flavors at a Target near my house. not all of them have them. The coffee is great tasting and comes out real hot. like that I can have other types of specialty coffees if I feel like. the hot chocolate is amazing. I have had my machine almost a year and have had no problem.
I bought this coffee maker for my girlfriend who loves chia tea. The chia tea was like a shot I think it totaled less than 6 oz. after both pods were finished. we tried adding chai to it, also Using more water which just made it bland. It was loud too, and messy when it dispensed the coffee. It was not the product we were looking for. we'll stick with our other coffee maker the K one.
I loved coffee maker at first, then it started to make terrible noise, and after 6 months just stopped working. I am so angry for spending so much money on a very poorly made product
