The night when i bought it and tried it in the nursery room, I thought it was soo cute and cool. Love the fact that it doesnt make any noises or anything, love the steam that comes out of poohs ears and the night light. Definitely worth my money on this item.
Easy to maintain and has a durable design... runs quiet and has adjustable output... also has night light (nice soft glow)... So far, it has definitley helped our son sleep better during the winter months (heater & dry air). We have been using distilled water in unit & seems to keep it clean... Extra bonus is that little man loves Pooh!
My kids just love the Pooh Humidifier. The mist coming out of the ears was very cool...and the light up tank for a night light was a surprise. Not sure how this works but it is really safe...we took the tank off and you can see how the vibration makes the vapor - no heat to burn anyone with. I wish the tank was bigger but at night we use it as part of our ritual before bedtime to fill the Pooh Belly. My two cents worth. Bob & Kids
I would certainly reccomend this. I have been using it for about a year and has helped me very much. I have allergies and sinus problems, and this has helped.
I bought this product for my grandaughter and how cool it really is. Its a night light, and humidifier all in one. This product is very decorative, works great and wow what a deal. I think this is a must have product I am very satisfied, its like two products for the price of one. what a brilliant idea.
I have been using this winnie the pooh humid for about a week and works great! My bebe and I could both breath better with this humidifier it has an easy bumble bee knob to manuever the pressure on the steam. Its really cute! I highly recommend this product as long as you clean it daily you should not have a problem with it. I keep mines clean daily and I see no mildew whatsoever. I rate it 5 stars!*****
Just bought this and so far, I am very pleased. It's very silent and the hum is very soothing. It's colorful, which my 13 month old daughter loves. My only complaint is that the dial is very difficult to read/position. The bee dial is cute but not functional for gauging the position of the dial. I hope it serves me well and long.
Dissapointed that nite light did not wrk & had to ship it back to Walmart. Also not thrilled that if the bulb goes out it cannot be changed.
We bought this because they had it on display at the store and we thought it'd be great in our 1-year old's room. We put it in there that night. It seemed to work like it should. Until today. It just stopped working. I tried a different outlet, taking water out, anything. But it's just dead. I think we paid more for it than the other Vaporizer we bought, and the Vaporizer still works! We bought the Vicks Vaporizer with Night Light. I guess if you buy this, keep your box and your receipt, just in case it dies like ours did.
Yes, it is very cute. Yes, it's durable. Sure, it's fun that the steam comes out of Pooh's ears. BUT it doesn't seem to make a difference as far as humidity goes at all....no matter where I set the dial. I have a little digital temperature and humidity meter in my son's room. When I put him to bed at night, it says 22% humidity. When I get him up in the morning...ten or eleven hours later...it says 23% humidity. It's been running all night and it only raised it one percent? His room is not very big at all. And I keep the door open just a crack. I used it last winter also, and never saw the humidity get any higher than 27%. Last winter, I was using tap water and we have hard water....as a result, we got a white filmy dust all over everything, and not just in my son's room! And the hard water deposits made the unit very hard to clean. This year, I'm trying it with distilled water. Too soon to tell if I'll still get the white dust everywhere. But I can tell you it definitely did not improve the humidity output. I'm shopping around for a decent one now. I would definitely NOT recommend this product. I was shocked to see how high the reviews are. But many of the reviews seem to applaud how cute it is. And it is. Just not functional.
