[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked as described. Fan at full speed loud and noisy. Speed control allows functionality even at reduced speed when full speed not needed. Works best for 2-Switch set ups separate switch for fan and switch for light. In combination fan/light single switch operation, control will reduce motor speed and also dim light. Requires Plate with at least one Decor opening. Lowest price at time of purchase.
