I installed this fan in my guest bedroom and I am very happy with it. It's VERY quiet and even on the lowest speed the room stays very cool.
We selected this fan for its look: the black metal, woodtone blades, simple design. i was concerned that the resin blades would look fake, but they do not! This works well, love the adjustable light brightness and the fan speed. Reverses with ease too. Quiet and works perfectly. Yes these fans are expensive, but I expect them to operate flawlessly for years and years.
I purchased this fan for my lanai to replace one that was destroyed in Hurrican Ian. I love the more modern, streamlined look of this fan. It has clean lines and only the 3 blades as compared to my prior fan that was heavy looking, outdated and had 5 blades. I love the remote function so I don't have to go over to a wall switch to turn it on and off or increase or decrease the speed. This fan has a high quality motor and you do not hear this fan even at it's highest speed. It produces a wonderful breeze and helps keep the no-seums away. I love it.
Purchased 3 of these fans. Loved the sleek simplicity of them and it took me 4 1/2yrs to find the fans I love! After installing them, 1 had a clicking noise, did all the trouble shooting, called customer service and they asked us to send a video. Had a new fan in less than a week. All fans work great and no noise. We definitely recommend this company for a great product and excellent customer service.
Very sturdy light for the South Florida Hurricanes. Very Professional look and easy installation. The best selection we found for our earth tone exterior. HOA approval was easy :).
I like the fan and light however, it was a real pain to get the fan and the remote synced together. By trail and many failures we found out there is a 10 second window to pair the fan and the remote. We did not find anything in the instructions or manual telling us this. Not being a professional installer, I did not realize this was standard. I would have been very angry to have to send it all back after the pain it was to mount the correct brackets to hold the fan through such a small hole in the ceiling. It was very very discouraging to see the fan not working after 3 hours of installation all because the remote (the only way to to control the fan) was not pairing. We finally got the remote to pair, and everything is rainbows and sunshine for my wife in regard to the fan.
The fan is noiseless and runs very smooth. Those characteristics exceed out expectations. The only disappointment is that the light is quite dim for the size of our room. Since the light is built into housing, we cannot upgrade the lamp brightness.
The fan is really nice. It's extremely quiet, and I love the 6 speeds for the fan. The Dual wall - remote to control the fan is nice and compact, and the app is easy and straightforward. Only thing stopping from a 5 rating was that the wrong screw cover ring was included in the package, and I had to wait a week until I could finalize installation.
Fan is very quiet. There is a loud and annoying 'beep' every time you turn the light or fan on or off. Wish you could silence that. Also, the light flickers badly, so cannot use that until I get a replacement part installed. I worry about the quality control out of the factory as a result.
The style of the fan is nice, but the quality does not seem on par with the price. The satin nickel finish looks like a spray can finish, giving the impression of a very cheap look. The blades are a faux finish plastic that don't resemble wood in the least. It's quite embarrassing, I must say. And to think I made this mistake twice in my guest house is incomprehensible. Ditch this fan , go straight to the Depot and get a fan for 50% less that looks 200% better.
