Husband is a moutain biker who needs to replenish electrolytes; Elete is his preferred product, for it has no flavor, colors, or unhealthy chemicals.
I have recently converted to a ketogenic diet and needed to add some electrolytes to my diet. This really fit the bill. It seems expensive at first glance, but at only 1/2 teaspoon per serving, it really is very reasonable. I add it to my morning shake, and barely notice a difference in taste. I feel better on a day-by-day basis. I will definitely continue using it.
My husband has to take electrolytes in his water everyday because of medication that he is on that depletes his sodium & chloride. We started out on Pedialyte but that was so expensive. This is much more economical. We have recommended it to friends that work out. They have loved it too.
I keep this for my husband in the summer because he works outside and loses electrolytes. It keeps his body stable. We also use it during times of fasting. You can't find this in many stores and Swanson has the best price I've found!
In liquid form it is easier to measure than powder.
Wonderful product to use at any time and especially during the summer months when a person gets so hot and sweats heavily. My husband and I rely on it every morning when we start our day!
