Purchased for my youngest daughter as it was a markdown. She loves it and uses it daily normally. She really enjoys how easily it applies and works. She loves it with no issues.

I can not say enough good about this eyeliner! E.l.f. is a bargain brand, but this no-budge eyeliner is the BEST i've EVER used! I am an older woman with sensitive skin, so I have to be careful what I use. Not only is this non-irritating, but they are not kidding about the NO BUDGE claim! This is my eyeliner from here on out!
My favorite I go bananas if I can't find any of these it goes on smooth and if I mess up it comes off easily with or without foundation it's my definite go too right consistency and the most important part of what makes me me!!! Please send me more anytime to test or try out !! I am a social media influencer
This retractable pencil is so easy to use and gives you the smoky eye without going all over your face! I've bought expensive ones at make-up store that were horrible.

What a waste of money. It slides off and smears over my eyes. Plus it breaks off while using.
I originally bought the black but they were out so they substituted it with charcoal. This is the worst eyeliner EVER. The no smudge feature is pointless if it wont even apply to the skin. I'm surprised I have any eyelids left at all. This stuff does not apply easily. It pulls my skin and I accidentally apply where I don't want it. I would probably have better luck using an actual piece of charcoal. I'm giving this 2-stars because once it's actually on, it does stay even on my oily skin.
I'm disappointed I wasted my money buying this. I'm not sure why it's called “no budge” because it smears no matter how much you use %26 NEVER stays put. I don't recommend.
