The table is beautiful and works wonderfully!!!! I did have a couple of problems with the shipping company, though, and also the manufacturer.....I ordered the table with a white base and it came with a black base....I decided I liked the color and kept it instead of returning it. Also, a couple of scratches on the base during shipping....not a big deal and not noticeable, really, so didn't send it back. Also, Alvin, sent me some wrong tools to put it together....I had to borrow tools from a neighbor to put it together. Lastly, you will need a drill to put the table together. The screws that go into the drafting table need to be pre-drilled to allow for easy insertion of the screws. The holes are not pre-aligned nor pre-drilled, so you will need to figure out where to put them and pre-drill them...also helps to have a drill to push the screws into the table top....this is a beautiful table and it works wonderfully....it is solid as a rock. My neighbor is a contractor, so she was a big help in putting it all together....you will need two people to assemble it and someone who knows what they're doing is a huge help....the amount of assembling is very little, but it's necessary to have two people and a drill.... I would order this table again in a heartbeat.
