Have not had any problems with this unit. It provides a great deal of heat and we are very satisfied!
I purchased this heater approximately 3 years ago and it only worked for one season. If you are thinking about purchasing this heater from this site, don't do it. This is made by Blue Rhino and their customer service is rude and not helpful at all. They certainly don't stand behind their merchandise. I bought another heater from another manufacturer and it works great!!! This heater is very poor quality and the parts are difficult to assemble.
