Chronic constipation 10+ years. Usually take Miralax daily, but sometimes I forget because can't take with meds. Thought I'd try these since they have good reviews. Really didn't think they'd work. I took 2 at night. (dosage is 1-3). Woke up with slight belly pain and some gas. Forgot I took those two pills. Went outside to the garden.... I'll spare you the details, but here's a warning: don't underestimate the power of these little bitty pills. I didn't make it inside to the bathroom. Spent 15 minutes on the toilet, and nearly an hour cleaning up. Yes, they do work.

I was really bound up so I took 3 tablets the max recommendation. I slept fine all night and when it felt like I needed to go I went , I mean really went!...The next time I needed help I used only one tablet, and as it says on the bottle , it was gentle and complete. Best laxative I have ever used.
