I am currently at a stage in my quit smoking journey and these have been helping me a lot. It is a smoothly coated lozenge that is kind of in between the sizes of the circular shaped lozenges and the mini lozenges. These were almost too sweet to the taste and when it gets towards the end part of dissolving it felt mushy. But besides that, they really are refreshing and help curb any cravings I had.
