I love the awesome fragrance of the Epsom salt. Smells very good. I soak my badly sprained wrist in water and add a cup of Pink Himalayan Epsom Salt. It helps soothe the muscles. The Epsom salt will ease sore muscles and pains. The added bonus is the fragrance of the Epsom Salt.

This product might seem a bit confusing at first. Epsom Salt isn't in fact salt, and you're not supposed to eat it. It is high in magnesium and good for bathing in especially if you have aches and pains. The Epsom salt in this product is mixed with pink Himalayan salt, which, on its own, you could eat, but not in this mix. This is for the bath. It smells delicious. There are added essential oils in it. The salt itself wasn't great for me personally, because I have a lot of small cuts and open wounds on my feet due to excema. It made them sting. If you do not have that weird issue with your own feet, it would probably feel great and you would smell very good.l
My wife loves taking baths with Epson salt. This one with added pink salt which is great for the skin. The directions call to use 2 cups per bath (see my pictures) but we only use 1 cup to make it stretch a little longer. Once we get into bath we stay in no shorter than 20 minutes. Love it!!
These Equate Epsom Salt Pink Himalayan make for a soothing bath. They've added Bergamot and Orange Essential Oils to enhance your relaxing experience with a pleasant aroma and the benefit of the essential oils. I don't know that the "Pink" in the name of the product refers to the color of the Epsom salt because it is very faintly pink. After adding it to water, there isn't a distinguishable pink color to it. You can use it as a bath soak or a skin exfoliant, the instructions are on the bag. So, if you are wanting a relaxing bath, these Epsom salts are a good choice.
I love epsom salt - let alone, Himalayan Spain salt has properties that are healing and therapeutic. I opened my bag today which I use while taking a shower to detox from toxins and relax soar muscles. I would recommend this brand of epsom Himalayan salt to anyone to try it out for the healing properties which it carries.

A nice hot bath soak is perfect for those sore and tired muscles after a long day whether it’s keeping grandchildren or working a long shift. This is a must whether you’re a man or a woman if you have tired sore muscles. Or just to soak your tired achy feet you’ve been on all day.
A product to use after a tiring schedule. Helps to relax all the muscles for me wonder to use Epson salt. Soaking the body once a week in this has eased my soar muscles pain after a match or a workout session. very mild fragrance you would get but is not noticeable.
The Equate Pink Himalayan Epsom Salt is incredible. It has a bergamot and orange smell which is amazing and helps to soothe and relax you mentally and physically. Fantastic after a long tiring day and you just want to relax. I would say that the only downfall would be the packaging. I found that upon opening it, it would not reseal and it actually broke off. I included it in my photos. Luckily I have a jar I put my bath salt in.
I have been using regular Epsom salt in my tub to soak and relax. Decided to try the new one with Pink Himalayan. Opened the package and it is a very light-light pink but has a great fragrance. Unfortunately, it seems to remain only in the bag. Once I poured the amount recommended into my bath water, it only lasted for a couple of minutes. In addition, the resealable bag is NOT resealable, coming all apart inside bag, so I just used a clothespin to keep the air out. Directions are to pour 2 cups under warm running bath water and soak for 20 minutes. The fragrance listed are Bergamot fruit oil and orange peel oil. I usually soak once or twice a week in the Epsom salt.
