Works great. ER doctor prescribed this in the emergency room for an allergic reaction. But it works great for heartburn too.
These Famotidine Tablets were purchased to replace the pills we used to take for GERD. Previously, we used to take ZANTAC, however, now that ZANTAC is hard to find, we switched to FAMOTIDINE tablets, which seem to do the trick, just as well as ZANTAC.
These are much, much cheaper than my prescription. I take 1 or 2 of these a day at a fraction of the cost. These work well and save me from a lot of sleepless nights. I never go without them.
I had been regularly taking famotidine 20 mg tablets already ongoingly by prescription, and I switched to getting OTC by ordering online. This Equate brand of famotidine 20 mg tablets noticeably WORKS GREAT. It really makes a noticeable difference right away in a person's day to day life, and without needing to take additional tablets in order for it to successfully work. I am happy that I found this particular product, and I am happy that I purchased this particular product.
So I suffer from IBS and that means I need an acid reducer on a daily basis. These equate famotidine tablets replaced my prescribed Pepcid. I've been using them for a year now, and it does work really well. I use them before I take my meals because my acid reflux is just that bad(stress levels induced IBS is harsh) and I haven't had any heartburn or acid going up my throat since. Highly recommend!
Helped heal my stomach ulcers. I was burping constantly, my dr recommended an otc antacid. These are wonderful.
I was on Omeprazole for acid reflux, and once I found out that use of Omeprazole was suspected in Alzheimer's onset, I wanted to stop taking it as my family is already prone to developing Alzheimer's. So I started weaning myself off Omeprazole and on to these. They work well. I take one in the AM and one before bed, and I no longer get acid reflux. I've also altered my diet a bit, to exclude foods that tend to lead to acid reflux. Between the pills and the dietary alterations, I'm doing fine, now. I no longer worry about acid eating a hole through my stomach.
The size of the tablet is doable meaning I can hold it in my hand. The new'er type is so small it slips out of my hand. Try bending over early in the morning to find it on the floor. Yeh right!!!
Works the same as the regular strength. I cannot tell a difference. Both are good acid reducers as I take them since my gallbladder was removed and I don't always eat healthy.
You gave me an open container. Why would you do that to a customer?
