this OTC works great for me, no sleepiness noted, and the sneezing and dripping are stopped before any sinus infection happens. Our local Wal Mart used to stock this, but now I must either go to a super wal mart 150 miles away or must order it for home delivery. Regardless of the inconvenience of getting it, this product works well.
I have sinus allergies (thanks mom!) and these do the trick. I only have to use one for the whole day.
greatest allergy meds i found that doesn't contain asprin or cause drousiness.and it don't cost too much.
This sinus medicine is the best, have used it for years, it will keep ears drained of excess fluid and open up sinuses.....
I've gotten sinus headaches my whole life, and this stuff works the best of anything I've tried. It also works very well if you ever have a cold with a really runny nose. My local Walmart stopped carrying it, but I'm thrilled I can still get it online.

I have sinus issues every winter , possibly from 27 years working in a cold wet shop . I used to take Sudafed, then Actifed until it got too hard to get . Started using this about 3 years ago . It works just as well as the name brand at a much lesser cost . I dont have much trouble with the allergy part but it works very well for sinus and cold issues .
Now & then I get a runny nose that just won't quit. When that happens, this medicine is where I turn. I let one small tab dissolve under my tongue and within minutes I have relief. Excellent product!
Comparable to the Sudafed version. This was doctor recommended for my 93-year-old mom. It works great for us. Get this one with the green head on package, not the red head. This contains a gentle, effective, and safe antihistamine.
I find that these help me as much as Sudafed PE. When they took Sudafed PE off the market I switched to these and have been very happy.
