Keeps me regularl at a nice price
I have used Equate SF Fiber Supplement for years & will not even try any other brand as I am completely satisfied.
I have been using this fiber for a few years now with great results.
It works perfect not different than the other brands but at much better price

I have used this product for years. Some generic products are every bit as good as the name brand and some not so much. I have found this fiber to be good in some areas and terrible in others. I live in NC and all of this fiber I can find has lot numbers that begin with a letter like L123456. Every time I bought this kind locally it wouldn't dissolve no matter how much you stir it. I'm in TN a lot and the Walmart's there carry this fiber made by a different manufacturer. It's easy to tell as the lot numbers do not begin with a letter, only numbers like 123456. This is the good kind and I have found it to always dissolve easily in water and works just like the name brand fiber products but is cheaper. If you want the good stuff, do yourself a favor and check the lot number before you buy. The good stuff is worth 5 stars and the bad stuff isn't worth one star so I had to average and give a 3.
My husband and I have used this product for 12 years and have been delighted. However, it seems Walmart apparently got a new supplier! This new version will not dissolve and tastes like sawdust. As a loyal customer, I am very disappointed!
