I really like this pencil. It's easy to apply and gives a soft line
I got the wrong color Estée Lauder brow now eye defining pencil. Shipper should have contacted me to say color was not available but instead sent me the wrong color. I wanted %2303 Brunette and Adina,s Beauty Shop Sent me %2302 Light Brunette. I threw away my visa gift card where the money came from and now that they sent me the wrong color they told me they put the money back on my Visa gift card ending in 5020. The problem is I threw away the gift card. I Want The Estée Lauder Brow Now Eye Defining Pencil %2303 Brunette cause I lost the money put back on my gift card cause I threw the gift card away after all the money was used. You need to give me the right product.
