Great camera that does a fantastic job of detecting motion of humans when set to detect human motion. I have my camera watching my patio with a 3 x 5 flag that waves constantly and I get notifications only when a person appears in view of the camera.
I pretty much love eufy cameras, needed cameras pronto because 2 goons, one of which only spoke Russian, came by posing as sears appliance people who took apart mom’s fridge and said they would come back when parts come in. Meanwhile real sears guy shows up the next day fixes it says the other guys were a scam! I bought different eufy cameras bec I knew I needed something up and running now, and the wireless would take time to charge. Needless to say the range and clarity is great, and if the bushes are waving or the cloud covers the sun it will not alert me like arlo does. It only alerts when a human is close by. But if the person is way out in the street it will not alert. (I wish it would tho) I am planning to buy more eufy stuff just to see what I like best, and scare the bejesus out of my brother at 3 am through the speakers. Pros: human recognition, does not alert when it’s windy or cars are passing. easy installation despite the ambiguous manual, solar to charge batteries (sold separately), best of all is no hidden fees or monthly cloud payments. Cons: I wish manual would show instructions you will perform from the phone to let me know to charge x amount of time or when blue button disappears. Also want manual to show what each button is for vs me having to press to find out what happens. I’m afraid to touch alarm, bec not sure if it will set it off or if it’s to arm.

Very easy to set up. The app works well with no problems and so far the cameras are performing as they should. The only issue I have is that if I loose my internet connection, which happens a lot at my house, the cameras will not function on the LAN/wifi. This causes me to be without any security till internet is restored.

Easy to setup, very reliable so far. Currently using the same system on another propery, have 4 cameras on that base unit, no problems in over 2 years of use. Battery life is very acceptable.
After reading reviews I was very excited to get these cameras. After less than a year I would say that they are just OK and next time I'll probably go with a hard wired system. The cameras have a good picture, motion detection works most of the time although a lot of times you only catch the very end of the motion or sometimes people just appear on the camera with no warning as they approached. The cameras are sturdy and survived a CAT 4 hurricane although previous days of video disappeared when the power went out and was restored. The biggest drawback is that in 10 months I have charged 2 of them 4 times and the other two twice. We have tried all of the suggested adjustments and still the batteries run down and we are not in a busy area. I didn't buy these to spend my life climbing up and down a ladder to recharge them. Also have had issues of getting the cameras back online after charging. I am seriously thinking about returning these cameras before the year from purchase is up.
since i received thios kit, i have not been able to install it around my property. theac adapter was not in the kit and it seems to be very expensive the COMPANY basically refused to send an adapter. trying to return it if i can find the request app.
Purchased this camera and were really happy with it. Until it stopped holding a charge. It would take days to charge and then for immediately when unplugged. I've looked online and this is a known and common issue with the camera. Shockingly, I contacted Eufy and my camera is outside of the warranty and the batteries cannot be replaced by myself or by paying the company. This camera is too expensive to last such a short time.
since i purchased this system, i have been attempting to get a ac adapter for the router. it seems that this part which is not in my kit is very expensive, and customer support basically refused to send one to me. what i purchased is apparently an expensive BOAT ANCHOR. AI can't rats the quality, since i can't turn it on.
