I gave this product 3 stars because it wasn't quite what I expected, but it gets the job done. The material was a hard plastic, which I wasn't expecting. This made it extremely difficult to slide the adjuster strap to fit smaller faucet styles. But once I got it on, it works to get the water to my daughter's hands. It does lean back instead of forward though, so I have to tilt it to get the extra water out after she's done washing. Not something I'd buy again probably, but it works for now. OK for the price.
